It has been such a pleasure working with Dave Ryan. Right from our first contact when he provided us with a “no obligation” assessment of our house along with comps of other homes for sale or sold in our area Dave has been exceptional. Months later we contacted him to let him know we wished to list our house for sale. From then on Dave never let us down. His communications were regular and timely, and he was always so accessible when we had any questions or concerns. Our little bungalow showed well, and Dave had warned us that we should expect a quick response. That was an understatement … within hours of listing we had five (5) showings booked. Although we were out of Province on the day it was listed, Dave was calm, in control and on top of things during the “whirlwind” hours that followed. Thank goodness for the digital world we live in, as after accepting an offer, all the required paperwork was completed very quickly, and one week later after the inspection, the sale was complete. Dave Ryan is a consummate professional, and on top of that a very decent and honest man. And I might add, extremely patient! We would have no hesitation in referring Dave to any of our friends or family.
