Originally, we wanted to purchased a home that needed no renovations, yet after showings & Ana’s ability to demonstrate to us reno options, we decided to buy a home in our desired area that needed renos! We have closed, we have a general contractor and we are very happy, all because Ana is truly one of the best real estate professionals in the GTA. Dave and team were very professional and made the whole selling process very easy to understand and fairly stress free. I was fortunate enough to work with Sean Millar one of the Team members. We may have not started off on the right foot, but Sean did come through for me in the end when it was offer time, and the final details. Even though I did not receive what I was hoping and expecting. Sean did the best he could to negotiate a fair and acceptable offer for me. He was pleasant to work with, and I would most certainly recommend him to anyone. I should also mention that I'm a 35 year retired Realtor who may be a little picky.
