Our agent, Sean Millar at Team Elfassy, was amazing. He is super friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. He was always available to answer our questions or calm our nerves when we would get overwhelmed with the stress of selling in this crazy housing market. He was phenomenonal on offer day - fielding calls, emails and texts from so many agents. He worked really hard to make sure we got the highest possible bid. We are so glad he was our agent and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about their clients. Also - for anyone wondering whether Team Elfassy really is as good as the reviews - YES! I'm quite frankly amazed that they provide full services at a 1% commission rate while others do half the work and expect to take a 2.5% cut. Thank you so much, Sean and Dave!!!
