Dave and his team were the complete package. The initial consultation was very thorough and within an hour we had a video presentation discussing our property, comparables, market etc. At that point we decided to use Team Elfassy! Also, both the staging and photography were on point. This complete combination allowed us to get top dollar for our home.

I listed my home in Bolton with Sean Millar. The experience was very professional. Sean is very knowledgeable and honest.
