I would highly recommend Dave Elfassy and his team of professionals. He listed and sold my condo over - asking price within the first week on the market during Covid. After generating a bidding war, Dave used his beyond amazing skills of negotiating and got me much more than I ever expected. We broke the highest price record not only in my condo building but the surrounding condo buildings as well. Went well beyond the highest price in history of sales in my condo and for a comparable unit. I couldn’t be more happier or thankful. He made the selling process so easy! He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. He gave great advice and his team of professionals took amazing professional photos, gave advice, staged my unit and promptly booked showings. Dave breaks records with his negotiation skills, determination and his professionalism in dealing with other agents. He sets records and makes sure that his clients are his number one priority. There is literally no better agent out there and that is my honest opinion.
