I have nothing but great things to say about Dave and Sean. These professional realtors are extremely honest. I have a rental property in GTA looking to sale during the pandemic, Dave and Sean came into my property and did a review. They advised me that the rate that I am looking to sell for would not work in this market as it's tough to find investors due to covid. They suggested that I should rent it out and look into putting the property in the market afterwards when pandemic is over.
