Dave and his team helped my grandmother sell her house in less than a week! He was able to effectively communicate the real estate process to my grandmother. His team, including the photographers and house stagers, did an excellent job showcasing the house quickly and effectively. He developed a marketing plan that allowed her to sell her house in less than 6 days on market. During the negotiation process, he was able to get multiple, above asking price offers. She was very impressed with the overall professionalism of Dave and his team as well as his expert advice that comes from his experience in the real estate industry.
