Not only did he make sure we were able to sell our house at the price we wanted (for reference no othe real estate agent was willing to consider posting our house at that price), but he also made the whole process very easy and smooth for us. At no point were we pushed into selling our house for anything less than what we wanted. During the process of buying a newer house, James was very quick to follow up on any houses we were interested in and was able to organize multiple showings on a very short notice with detailed information on each house.
