We worked with Dave and his team to sell our house in Maple. When we first spoke to Dave about the selling, we were quite impressed with his knowledge and expertise of market trends. We immediately decided to use his service and are so glad we did. His marketing plans resulted in 35 shows within 3 days during lock down. The house was sold for 113 of asking.
