We recently hired James Frodyma from Team Elfassy to help us find a downtown condo for our daughter. We had a very tight timeline of 1 week to find a property and close on it and were worried it wouldn't be possible but James made it happen! He found us a great unit in the area we were looking in and negotiated the quick closing that we needed and best of all we bought it for under asking! I would certainly recommend James to anyone that needs a great real estate agent.
