We would highly recommend Daphne. She makes the whole experience/process of purchasing and selling your home easy and enjoyable.She is very informative, explaining every step along the way. Daohne is always a text/phone call away, being able to answer any questions that may arise. Her kind, warm personality makes you feel comfortable and calm when taking such an important step in your life whether it be buying or selling. You won't be disappointed.😊

Working with Daphne meant working with the best real estate agent in Manitoba, to be better than Daphne would mean to be the better than the best. 1000/1000!!!!

Daphne was the consummate professional! From start to finish, she made every transaction seamless. I could use up all 1000 characters of this review saying nothing but positive things about her, but that would be a waste of your reading because if you know her or have ever dealt with her in a professional manner it would be obvious that she's been in this business a long time and has mastered her craft! If she were a professional athlete, she would sign the largest contract. We would not hesitate to use her again and probably will! Remax is lucky to have her on their team.

Normally, I do not give 5 star reviews... As there is always some room for improvement. But everything about Daphne is 5 star! Number one ... She knew her stuff - neighbourhoods, the market, the art of selling a house .... The do's and don'ts, the whys and why nots. She has a wealth of knowledge, and was always available when I had questions or concerns regarding both buying and selling processes (I have been on both sides of the transaction with Daphne). Never more than a phone call away, she is always caring and committed to the best experience possible. Reality checks come included her services, if required of course (which I personally sometimes needed). She can give you a perspective you may have not considered and is honest - this is huge. I would never trust anyone else for either the purchase or sale of another home. Daphne is in the business to find the right house for your family ... period. She was always fair, professional and in it for you. Highly recommended - seriously, you never knew the real estate experience could be so good!
