We had nothing but a 1st class experience with Daphne. She was very knowledgeable about what it took to get the best return on our investment. She gave us some good advice on what we needed to do to get the best return. I was extremely pleased with the great photos she took which showed a potential buyer the area around the house, focusing on the close proximity to a school and greenspace. She suggested we not take the 1st offer (which I would have done) and we ended up making another 2,000. Very happy with the price we sold this house for.
