A truely wonderful and genuine realtor. When you think of a realtor your mind goes to the commercial on tv where the realtor works for you in every way possible. However dealing with a few agents in my past that has been far from the case. It seems most realtors are out there just for that commission and nothing else. Daphine met and exceeding our expectations for a realtor. She worked for us! She was friendly and honest and that commission was the last thing on her mind. She wasn’t happy until we were happy. Daphne was simply amazing. She made my first home buying process absolutely fantastic. I really appreciated the fact that Daphne took the time to really understand what I was looking for in a property, and wouldn't let me settle for anything less than the property I wanted. Her knowledge of not only the market, but homes themselves was incredibly helpful as well. She could point out potential concerns about a house that I wouldn't have ever thought of.
