Had a wonderful experience working with Daphne Shepherd! She has great knowledge of the current market and property values, and priced the house I was selling accordingly. I had not sold a house before, and she clearly walked me thru the process. Daphne was friendly, professional, punctual for all meetings, and communicated with me often by email or on the phone. What really made Daphne stand out as a realtor was all the extras! I was selling my mom's house out of town (Teulon). She made the 1 hour drive to my house (Winnipeg) for any meetings, regularly checked the house for me, sent me the last hydro reading and coordinated with the lawyer to organize any paper work that had to be done. Selling my mom's house was difficult and emotional, and Daphne showed compassion, understanding and caring when interacting with me. I would highly recommend Daphne if you are buying or selling a property.
