When buying, he worked tirelessly to get us a condo that suited our family, within our budget, and in the location we wanted; he did so within a very tight timeline and competitive market. He was extremely professional, honest with every question we asked, and quickly responded to any emails or phone calls. We love our new place and cannot thank Dale enough for all of his hard work! When selling, as with our experience when buying, Dale provided excellent advice and service. He let us know how to stage it to obtain the best price and a quick sale, responded to our questions right away, walked us through the process of listing, and then also how to respond to the multiple offers that came in within 3 days of listing!
