Dale and his partner, Dan, helped us sell our home and buy a new one. The purchase was a bit difficult, but he was available to navigate all the details and stresses of selling and buying a home. He and Dan were professional, courteous, and respectfull through the whole process. Sometimes there were several emails back and forth in a day and they responded quickly to every one of our inquiries, and also gave us confidence in their abilities. They negotiated with ease on our behalf and the transactions were completed in a timely manner.
