Fortunately for me, the condo unit I had had an acceptable offer At list price on the first day, so there was no need for negotiation. Dale managed the entire process in what I experienced as a very competent and professional manner, exactly what one should expect of a seasoned realtor. He responded to any queries I had promptly, and gave suggestions when necessary.
