I purchased and sold my condo with Dale and using another agent wasn't even a thought. His customer service is amazing. He worked around my schedule and was very quick to respond to my messages. He sends out monthly email market summaries and even sends me a Christmas Card, both of which were very appreciated. Dale is the best and very easy to talk with. Couldn't recommend him more.
