Very grateful to have had Corey as our realtor. It was a relief to have him guiding us on how to proceed throughout the selling process... especially through a difficult market and tricky circumstances.   He gave us good advice, informed us on what to expect every step of the way, helped us through a "quick" sale and stretched beyond our expectations to make it happen  .... I'm happy to say we have recently closed on the sale of our property!

In the summer of 2023 I started to think about selling my townhouse. I contacted Corey, who I have known for years, and asked him to come and provide me an assessment of my townhouse. He came prepared with the data, answered all my questions and even made some suggestions that I might consider for improving my home. Having lived in this home for 27 years, I knew it was a big decision for me to sell and move. I wanted to make certain this was the right direction for me to go. Corey was very respectful of my decision and we agreed to wait. On Christmas Eve of 2023 I felt that it was the right time to move forward with the sale and I contacted Corey, who then started the process of listing and selling my townhouse. I started off my 2024 with pictures on January 5, January 10 the listing went live and by January 13 there were two offers on the table for me to consider. By the end of February the sale was completed with the handing over of the keys and the word SOLD on the sign. I’d love to say it all went smoothly, but with each bump in the road that we experienced, Corey was there to encourage me and to step in to help smooth things out where he could so that my selling experience would be a good one. He was always truthful, knowledgeable, never pushy and he fought for me as he looked out for my very best interest. I would highly recommend Corey.

Corey listed 2 flats for my father. He was responsive and attentive to our needs and gave us great advice on how to get the best asking in the time we allotted. Most of all he sold our flats within a week and within our projected budget. Quick and smooth, no hiccups or last minute shenanigans.

We have nothing but good things to say about working with Corey. He is dedicated, kind, and actually listens. He guided us through selling our acreage easily and quickly. Thank you Corey, we are now living our dream of travelling the world because of your help.

I just wanted to thank Corey again for his efforts on my behalf on the recent purchase of my home. I quite literally couldn't have done it without him. Trying to purchase a home from another city and not being physically present thru the buying process was alot to navigate. Corey went way above and beyond dealing with inspectors, contractors and hand hold thru all my questions about Alberta as I was moving from another province. Not only is he professional and amazing at his job he is so fun to work with. We had alot of laughs. Corey made it feel like I was his only client. He enhanced the entire experience right down to the red carpet treatment. I have never worked with a realtor like Corey. I give him 10 out 5!!!!! Thanks again Corey.

He was personable, worked around my schedule, gave valuable insight based on his expertise, and did a great job with negotiations and communicating with sellers on my behalf.
