Corey helped us sell our condo. He was referred to us by the management company who looked after our condo. We live out of province. He listened to us and understood our situation. He kept us informed at all times of what was taking place. He was very easy to talk to….felt like we were dealing with a friend we had known for a long time.

Corey was excellent from beginning to end .He did a excellent job listing our home and put in a lot of work to have showings and an open house and it sold in under a day, anytime we had questions he always got back to us promptly.I would have no problem recommending him to friends and family.

Corey took on a big project when he agreed to be our realtor. I had already had a realtor and was not pleased . I plead my case to Corey and he was very professional about everything. He agreed to take me on and from there he had his hands full as I am very demanding. Corey sent me homes that hadn’t even shown up on mls yet. Homes he heard were going on the market. He got me in to a couple even before they hit the market. He had sound advice and he kept me on task. Reminding me of things I told him were deal breakers for me even if I said I liked a house! If I wanted to see a house today, he got me in to see that house today. I didn’t have to wait. He was honest and let me know if he thought the listing price was fair or too high. We finally purchased a home and he was probably happy to get rid of me….fast forward to us moving in and finding a few things we had questions about. Corey immediately answered my texts and would stop in to explain or help in areas we needed( something he really doesn’t have to do now that we have already purchased the home). He is always cheery with a smile that lights up a room,and always willing to help, even after the sale was complete. He goes above and beyond always. He had his hands full with me and he did a great job! Thank you Corey!
