<p>I found Corey to be very well informed and able to guide me through all the necessary hoops to sell our house in a timely manner.He took the time to be sure I was fully aware of the market and what comparable properties were valued at as well selling prices.He kept me aware of feedback and what things needed to be attended to in order to make the house attractive. I felt that everything was being addressed and I could relax and let it happen. I would certainly recommend Corey to anyone buying or selling a property.</p>

If you want the best realtor experience, Corey is your guy. He has such a wonderful and caring personality that puts you at ease and feels like part of the family. We have had the pleasure of knowing him over 6 the past 6 years. He sold my grandparents house, then helped my sons purchase their first home and finally help us downsize with selling our acreage and purchase a smaller home. There truly is not enough words to say how much he cares about his clients and creates a reassuring bond that creates a lasting impression. Corey was the fourth realtor for us in Sherwood Park, and by far the best, with genuine enthusiasm and integrity. He was very easy to communicate with and a fun-loving guy. Our house sold in 6 days, it was a seamless transaction and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him in the future.

My husband and I have known Corey for many years so introductions were very casual but his process of giving us an accurate market evaluation was very professional. We agreed on a selling price that was competitive and, with the help of the top quality photos and a video, we only had to show it for 5 days before we had 2 offers! This was our first experience selling with a realtor and it was reassuring to know that we could trust everything was being done quickly and accurately. He made things simple by using technology for signing documents via email which saved a ton of time since we were selling in Stony Plain. Corey also recommended other professionals that could help us with other elements of the process, which turned out to be very beneficial. It was just truly a pleasure working with Corey. He went above and beyond what we expected, like helping with staging on picture day and dropping off a thank-you gift after it was all settled. <p>Corey was recommended to us by my daughter-in-law. He was my daughter-in-law’s realtor. First time my wife & I met Corey, he was very professional. He introduced himself, his experiences In real estate & other related work experiences. He gave us a fair assessment value of our house by showing us comparable sales in our area. The following week we got a call from him to increase the sale price of our house because there are lots of interested buyers. On the first day of listing in the MLS, there were 9 showings with 4 offers. By this, you can tell how excellent a realtor Corey is! He works hard . He makes sure you get the best possible deal whether you are selling or buying We sold our house more than the asking price on the 1st day of listing. Corey is friendly, approachable, returns phone calls & replies to texts promptly, i would recommend him anytime . If I would need his services again, i would take him any minute. He even sent us the photos of our house posted in the MLS ( in case we will miss the house). Highly recommended. The For Sale sign from Maxwell-Devonshire Realty was very “classy”. Corey came recommended to us both professionally and personally from a close and trusted friend, which are the best endorsements you can get. Corey did not disappoint, and was everything we were hoping for in a realtor really. We started selling our home shortly after COVID was peaking in Canada (May), and Corey in a relatively uncertain time was able to evaluate the fair value of our property, provide good recommendations as to thing we could do to increase value and interest in a short time for minimal effort. Corey’s great personality came out in spades in a wonderful YouTube video showcasing our home (HGTV like), and within the first four days listed in COVID we had 13 showings, and a sale... While that sale feel through a few weeks later due to buyer’s financing/issues, we also had another 2 offers and a second sale that worked out in a short timeframe. Negotiations were great from our perspective, as both sales we netted sales pricing and timing terms vs list that we were very happy with vs COVID expectations. Before sale in preparation period during COVID, Corey even loaned us one of his printer/scanners for several months as we needed one during COVID while being away from the office. After the sale (before possession) Corey continued with professionalism throughout the transition period with advice on next steps, and even personally helping out with cleaning as we were out of house with movers last minute and a few loose ends needed dealing with. I have no doubt Corey wore his suit and tie to our house...alone...vacuum in hand, because he’d think it funny. A joy to work with, and always good for a smile...I would 100% use Corey again in the future, and would gladly recommend him to others.
