As a first time buyer, it can very daunting to make sure that everything is taken care of and you aren’t getting into something that will hurt you in the long run. When I first contacted Corey he was extremely helpful and informative about everything that I would need and to watch out for to ensure that I was taken care of. He had helpful advice for every step of the buying process and he helped me quickly close the deal on my first condo.

<p>Corey helped my husband and I buy our first home in May 2020. A trusted friend referred him to us and I cannot say enough good things about this man. He treated us as family and made us feel like he really cared about us. When we were seeing the home we purchased for the third time, this time with both sets of our parents, I remember Corey saying, "I will be so stoked for you guys if you get this house!" He was truly excited for us. He made the homebuying process fun and understandable as we navigated the waters for the first time. He steered us away from homes that looked good but had major problems, so that we didn't have to get an inspection to find out that it wasn't a good choice. He was very responsive by text and phone to view houses and during the offer/removal of conditions phase of the house we purchased. He worked so hard for us and had amazing connections that helped us get this home. Not to mention the beautiful set up he surprised us with on possession day! We are so happy that we had Corey as our Realtor and would 100% recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!</p>

<p>We have just celebrated 1 year in our new home and we're still just as excited as day one. Corey McEwen was absolutely wonderful through the entire experience as we had quite specific conditions. <p>Corey did a great job for us selling our house in Sherwood Park in a tough seller’s market – Nov 2018. During the sales process we had already vacated the house and were located 5 hours away. Corey looked after everything for us and always did what he said he would do. He always kept us in the loop and was a great communicator. I would recommend Corey whether you are selling or buying. He will do a good job of looking after your interests.</p>
