During our introductory call, she asked questions to get a better understanding of my expectations for the sale (i.e. pricing, timing, any other factors that could impact the sale) and outlined next steps. My condo was tenanted, and she ensured that safety precautions were taken for showings and proper PPE was worn at all times. She arranged for a professional photographer to take photos of my unit, and kept me updated throughout the listing process. Most importantly, Christine helped me negotiate a sales price I was comfortable with for my unit. Christine is professional, and will work with you to maximize the sale of your property.
