I got Christine Zhu’s contact from one of her past clients who highly recommended her. Now I truly believe she is one of the best realtors in Toronto! I asked her to help me sell my townhouse in North York, during a very tough market. She acted super fast — arranged a handyman to fix things, Prepared N11 form for us to the tenant and make the move out smoothly, then organized cleaning and beautiful staging, all with very good prices. Thanks to her smart plan and professional marketing, she found us a serious buyer and helped me sell at a price I’m happy with. Even though my unit has only one parking spot (while a similar one with 2 parking sold recently), the price difference was just $7800 — that shows how strong her selling & negotiation skills are! She did an amazing job from start to finish. If you want to sell your property in this kind of market, you need someone like her. April 2025 I first met Christine approximately 1 year prior to listing my condo. Christine was excellent from the first time we met.
