As a seller of the condo unit, Christine helped me to nagivate in this challenging buyer's market with a sense of peace in mind. She took care of the condo unit by first coordinating with the tenant's move-out, appointing a cleaning company, hiring a handyman for repair and maintenance, replacing the ceiling light, and ordering a staging company before listing. The condo was listed in a mint condition. Her advice allowed my Condo to attract a decent amount of potential buyers' interest in this challenging environment. The weekly traffic report is particularly helpful for us in taking a proactive approach to targeting potential buyers. I am impressed with the fact that she followed up with each agent who had a visit to my Condo for feedback. Her superb negotiation skill secured me a firm and non-conditional offer with a mark-up in the selling price. Very impressed with the professional service.

Christine is amazing, she really goes above and beyond to help you! She even helped us get lights to sell our house (I think she even installed one herself for us when one broke) and has connections to a cleaner, handyman, and stager, which made the process a lot more convenient and less stressful. She was always available or would return our call quickly if we wanted to get in touch. Christine was on top of other agents and got really good information for us both when we bought and sold.
