When we were searching for a investment condo in the Toronto area we were so overwhelmed with location amenities price. Christine is a very professional real estate agent and have a solid understanding of current market trends. We followed her constructive suggestions and the results were all satisfactory. On the bidding day following the open house, we received three offers but Christine was rather confident and she suggested we should turn down the offers and increase the listing price the next day.
