I had a wonderful experience working with Chloe. She was professional, knowledgable about the market, and was able to get us an awesome deal on our first condo! Chloe was quick to answer our numerous questions as she has a solid understanding of the real estate market. She always brought up-to-date knowledge and information about the neighbourhoods we were looking in. We never once felt pressured by her and she made the experience comfortable and personable! We will definitely we using Chloe again in the future!

Chloe was excellent in gauging the market to get us the best price possible for our home, when other realtors advised us to list for less. She sold our home within 24 hours and was very helpful in the negotiation process. The buying process didn't run so smoothly but Chloe was always professional and positive, making a stressful situation that much better and was always available to answer any questions. She found us a new home (really quickly) that we can enjoy for the foreseeable future. Chloe was friendly and one of the most genuine people I have ever met. In my opinion, she always went above and beyond. We will definitely use her in the future for any real estate needs and recommend her to any family in need of a realtor.

Chloe helped us buy and sell in June of 2018. Due to issues beyond our control we needed to get ourselves out of one purchase deal and find another home to purchase.
