She is very knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in and was able to guide us to find a house that we loved! She’s very attentive and quick to respond to any and all questions we had. When it was time to put the offer in, she advised us of all the steps, and gave us recommendations for inspections and lawyers as well. We began our search in February 2022 right before the chaos of the spring and summer market. It was disheartening for us to see homes go for well over our budget, but with perseverance and steady support from Chelsea we found a home that met our criteria.
