She brought to light a couple points on which to make a firm decision for the property, which resulted in my wife and I having a bit of leverage with the seller. As first time buyers, we felt confident in her approach to handle the details that we would most likely overlook. I believe that Chelsea has the confidence in herself and the team she works with, to handle any of the curveballs that may be thrown at them in their business. Because of this confidence, she can approach the situation calmly and with genuine compassion for her clients. These attributes made the positive difference for our first time buying process.
