Chelsea was great to work with and very organized from the start. We were coming in from out of Province so she met with us before we arrived to get an idea of what we were looking for. She spent several days with us looking at properties and not once did she try to pressure us to make a purchase. Chelsea, is a breath of fresh air each time you see her. She encourages us to believe we will find the home we are looking for and we will sell our home for what we are asking for. She is honest but in a very subtle way . We make the changes that she recommends and sends in her stager just before marketing our house. Suddenly, we see the video of our house and all we say is, “is this really our home”? It looks fabulous and when we sell, we are so confident in what we have to offer. I seriously believe we would have not done nearly as well with another agent. Hamre team has all the people and resources we need to bring our home from mediocre to fabulous!
