Chelsea was amazing to deal with! The property we purchased was on the market for a matter of hours, it is located in the specific area we had been hoping to move to. There was also a sense of urgency due to the limited availability of properties in this area. Although this property is not located within the boundaries of the City of Ottawa, Chelsea was able to get all the information we required and arrange for prompt visit of the property. Chelsea was instrumental in negotiating a great price for the property in a timely manner, with conditions of purchase to allow us to do our due diligence in this transaction.
