Fantastic realtor for first time home buyers. Chelsea was very patient with us and was extremely helpful in answering all our questions.

I went to University with Chelsea and always noticed she was a student that went above and beyond, both in class and extra curricular activities. When it came time to purchase my first home, I saw on social media that Chelsea was already quite established and successful in the real estate market. I knew she would be a great agent to work with and that she would go above and beyond to help us find our perfect home, and she did just that. I am very grateful that Chelsea took the time to show us numerous homes, explain the different neighbourhood options around the area and answer all the questions we had as first time home buyers. My only piece of constructive feedback would be to guide us a little more in terms of counter offering as it is quite a stressful situation to be in.
