Bryon Howard - Calgary Reviews

<p>As a long time REIN Investor, I take a no-nonsense approach to my real estate investments. Recently, one of my Joint Venture partner’s situation changed and I was asked to sell a property. Bryon was introduced to me by this partner. Being busy, and my JV partner and I living in different ends of the city, we decided to meet on the phone for a Listing Presentation - presented by Bryon. We were sent all the information by admin assistant Lisa - prior to the appointment for our review: Market Stats, Comparative Market Analysis, Property History, Title Information, and all the paper required to put Bryon and his team to work. Prior to a 20 min phone conversation, I had all the information required to make a decision. We priced the home to sell in a very stable market. Lisa's communication was great and Julies Photo's showed the property realistically and well! We had many showings, very good interest and multiple offers. While we did not get full price, we did get 98.6% of list price. Shirley was helpful in the negotiation. The process through to removal of conditions was without issue. I was kept informed of the process, and at the same time, not 'pulled in' to the drama of the negotiation and the request for concessions after the property inspection. Bryon handled all aspects of the sale of our property. His support team too were professional, courteous and responsive. I strongly recommend Bryon & the Howard team!!!</p>

<p>Shawn was refereed to me by a friend and he did not disappoint…</p> <p>Our home was on a busy street and was not the easiest to sell. Shawn negotiated a purchase price for us that we could work with; as well, he negotiated such an amazing price on our new property that was perfect for our family. Shawn was always available, and we knew that we were more than just another deal for him. It has been a few months after our transactions with Shawn, and he is still helping us with questions we have. He has been more than amazing in helping and steering us in the right direction.</p> <p>When it came to the purchase and the sale of our homes both needed to occur on the same day…When the sale date came there were still some complications with the sale of our home regarding a simple RPR change that everyone was aware of weeks prior. The lawyers on both sides were not good and they caused the possession of both properties to be pushed to 5:30pm of possession day on the day before the long weekend. Shawn worked all day and even put up his commissions to be held so that we could close on our property. Once we arrived frustrated with our U-Haul at our new home Shawn rolled up his sleeves and went to work and helped us move all our stuff into our home. I have never seen that in a Realtor before nor expected it. We are all very grateful to Shawn and feel that there are very few people and/or realtors that would have went to the lengths to get both properties closed for us.</p> <p>Shawn has followed up with us after the sale and has been an amazing resource to use. I would recommend him strongly to anyone looking for a realtor to buy or sell. Shawn is someone who cares about you as a person and will work to make sure that your best interests are represented. Shawn had a lot of experience dealing with all aspects of the real estate transaction and his architectural, building, development and construction background were assets to us.</p> <p>I will and have recommend Shawn to all my friends and family. If you are looking for someone who is trustworthy, honest, competent and will represent your best interests call Shawn Rasmussen.</p>

<p>Bryon was a man of his word, calling on time, as expected and I had no problems with the process. However, during negotiations, I felt that I had little guidance during multiple offers and that the price of the house wasn't priced effectively. Other than this, Bryon provided a smooth transaction.</p>

I spent nearly a year on the market for sale. My location has a lot of inventory! I interviewed several Realtors in the area, and Bryon and The Howard Team were my 2nd hire. I was most impressed with Bryon’s professionalism and high energy for his customers. While it took much longer than both he and I thought, he came through for me with that energy and was always quick to respond to emails and resourceful for finding answers through the process. He is very transparent and open with everything, which made me feel I could trust him and were in good hands ... as I were selling from Ontario!

<p>We had previously had this property on the market and did not sell. Bryon had noticed our old ad and called us to see if we would list with him. Bryon was true to his word for marketing to the point of sale.</p>
