<p>Bryon helped us sell what we thought would be an impossible house to sell because our house was so unique. We were listed and expired with a couple of different realtors the previous year with no luck. We tried selling on our own as a For Sale By Owner. Bryon convinced us to listen to his pitch ... and we decided to give him a try. He was able to generate multiple offers in a declining market, and ultimately SOLD our home over list price. He was then able to generate back up offers in case the deal didn't go through. At the same time, using his buyers agent - we were able to search for our new home ... which he assisted to negotiate. Highly recommend you give Bryon a try.</p>

I was also given market evaluations, and even though I had to drop the price, he knew what I was looking for and eventually got a good price for it. very helpful and remained in contact throughout the whole procedure.
