I had a lot of wants and needs and she was able to fulfill all the requirements we needed and got majority of our wants included as well. She definitely works for her clients. We had a difficult seller (motivated but not in negotiations) and Jen did everything she could and ended up getting us a better deal than we had anticipated. Although we didn't get the $1,000 off the purchase price she was able to negotiate $3,000 of furniture to be left behind. THANKS JEN!!! Very knowledgeable and was not affraid to tell me if I was going astray. Would support my decision but was able to give industry advise and best practices to ensure that it was the best deal we could get. If you want an agent that is on your side will fight for your best price and get everything in order for you, JEN IS THE ONE!!!

Bryon's & The Howard Team sold our house. Within 3 month we listed, had several offers, sold and moved into our new home. The pictures for the listing were very well done. The first week of the listing we had 2 offer and had negotiations as more offers came in. Two offers were increased to above the listed price and we proceeded to close the sale. All members of the team were courteous, professional and efficient. We received a check list to assist us in closing the sale and also moving into our condo on time and on budget.
