<p>recently worked with Bryon and his team, in assisting a dear and over whelmed friend in getting his home sold. <p>I met Bryon about 10 years ago when he helped purchased my home. It was an easy experience and he helped me a lot through the negotiations and after with the previous owner always stopping by to see his old house. Lol. This year I decided the house was too much for my life being single and the place deserved a family to take care of it. Bryon took my house and with in a few days I had multiple viewings. It did take about a month to get a full price offer which I accepted. I would recommend the Howard team to anyone looking to buy or sell.</p>

<p>I have to admit that Bryon was a very good realtor. He contacted my partner from the listing that we had on Kijiji and showed us the true worth of our property and we listed at his recommended price. He was able to generate multiple offers and we sold for the asking price. Only hiccup was that we invested $3k into flooring that he suggested would help the property sell and in the end it didn't matter. I would use Bryon again.</p>

<p>Bryon has assisted in selling two of our homes in the past 5 years … in two different kind of markets. He manages to be the calm one and gets us through the swings of the market and guides us to the smart decisions. We recently sold our home turned investment property in Taradale. In our ‘dreams’ it was worth more than the reality … however, Bryon shared with us the reality. We decided to list in a challenging market at Bryon’s suggested list price. He was able to generate multiple offers within three weeks of the listing. While we did not sell at our full list price, we were happy to get it sold and move on. I would always recommend Bryon. <p>Recently my real estate investor partner and I were trying to sell our Calgary Inner City rental home as a For Sale by Owner. Bryon contacted me ... and presented the Calgary Real Estate Stats and showed us comparable listings that were Active, Pending, Sold and Expired. He laid out his marketing plan, described his network, and made a convincing argument that he could sell our property and net us more money in our pocket then we could selling it on our own. He did exactly that! We were able to generate multiple offers, got a non-conditional full price offer - $50,000 more than what we were even asking in our For Sale by Owner listing! Up until that time we had few offers mostly $20,000 less than our asking price. He is obviously is in tune with the market ... and has a large network of colleagues who he works with. Next time I want to sell my home for more than I think it is worth ... I'll call Bryon! :-)</p>
