Couldn’t ask for a more dedicated Agent than Brian. He has sold multiple properties for us - all of them when we were living in a different Country. Brian went above and beyond to have any small item, such as a repair or maintenance issue, dealt with easily and stress free. We highly recommend Brian if you are looking for a professional, efficient, and caring individual.

Brian sold our house in a very difficult market, juggling 2 other conditional deals to make it happen. Our new house needed some renovations, and Brian suggested a couple great design ideas (which we implemented) based on his home building and renovation experience. Our new house didn't have air conditioning installed yet and I mentioned in passing that our bedroom is smoking hot. Brian shows up at my front door with a portable air conditioner for our bedroom until ac can be installed - and he helped me install it! Everyone likes to say they go 'above and beyond.' Brian truly does.

Although my agent helped me with the negotiating process, in hindsight I felt I gave up too much too soon. I would have liked to have gotten more advice as to what stage in the negotiations and in what amount to offer incentives to "sweeten" the pot.

With Brian's experience in construction and renovations, he gave us good suggestions on what could be done in properties we were looking at. His network and knowledge of trades was really helpful in getting changes made to our new property before we moved in. We feel we can call on Brian for advice or expertise, now and going forward.
