Market pricing was too low for my house to sell. Brian did everything he could to sell my house for what I was willing to sell for. I will use Brian again to sell my house when pricing goes up.

Open and honest agent with an amazing knowledge of St Albert where we purchased. Always available for within the hour contact and communication for any questions or concerns we had through out the entire process! Brian even went above and beyond after we took possession of the home! We had a situation where our homes original tankless hot water system decided to quit working a few months after we move in, and needless to say having no hot water for over a week for showers, cooking, cleaning wasn't an option. We contacted Brian to see if he had a contact that may be able to fix our problem and in the end the unit was replaced under factory warranty which was a good thing at a $5000 price tag! We did have to pay for the removal and installation labour of just over $1000 and during the process Brian repeatedly checked in with us to see how the process was unfolding. We let Brian know it was being replaced under warranty and us as the homeowner would have to cover the labour cost which we were completely fine with. So what does Brian do, offers to cover those costs for us! Simply Amazing, who does these kinds of things? Brian Does! Highly recommended and will use again!

Would recommend Brian Cyr as your choice for a realtor. Brian is very professional and efficient in every respect. His background as a contractor provides a wealth of knowledge of construction and things to watch out for when evaluating a house for sale or purchase. He is very personable and relates well to people and is skillful at matching people with suitable properties. He clearly sees value in holding/attending open houses as we bought and sold through this action.

I have a had bad experiences in the past with realtors. But when I met Bryan I knew that he was somebody that I could trust. Had tons of experience and knowledge. He was an overall awesome guy. I would highly recommend Brian Cyr as a realtor for anybody.

We were first time home buyers and our broker referred us to Brian Cyr. We had previously met with several realtors, but when we met with Brian for an introductory meeting, we noticed a stark contrast. He was extremely knowledgeable about home construction because he had owned his own business for several years. He stressed the importance of certain considerations that we should look for in a home (e.g. structural integrity, future children and the number of baby gates required, etc.). During home showings, we really appreciated that he educated us on things that we never would have noticed otherwise. This included the quality of the construction and materials (flooring, lights, insulation), the sloping of the garage, inspection stickers, direction the house faced, etc. He was very patient and responsive to our questions and we were able to visit our home several times with our families. Brian explained his approach towards negotiations (price vs. terms & conditions). We had discussed our preliminary offer and was a stressful process throughout. We were hoping to settle for a lower price (perhaps setting expectations at the beginning would have helped), however, it gave us comfort when the appraisal assessed the home higher than our accepted offer. We combed through our home inspection report in detail and discussed our concerns with Brian. By utilizing his prior contractor experience, Brian provided additional value by explaining the home inspector’s comments, how to fix or maintain things and provide an estimate of potential costs. We really appreciated that he discussed concerns we had from the home inspection with the seller and were extremely happy that the seller was able to address the majority. Brian willingly offered to come and inspect the sellers work which was unexpected and really appreciated. We would definitely recommend Brian Cyr to our friends and family!

Brian did an excellent job of facilitating the purchase of our new home and the subsequent selling of our older one. He proved to be unfailingly supportive when it came to helping us select a new property and patiently showed as a number of excellent options while we decided on the right one to buy. After we made our selection (a process that took us a few months) he was similarly attentive when it came to overseeing the sale of our older home (with a quick turn around time). We are entirely satisfied with Brian and recommend him without hesitation.
