Brian was helpful throughout the process. With an emphasis on keeping things moving forward he supported us well and was responsive to any questions we had throughout. During negotiation Brian understood our position and worked to complete the deal.

We were first-time home buyers, so Brian had his work cut out for himself. We had lots of questions about the properties and with his background renovations, he was able to provide us with some sound advice. He made himself always available for us and was always so pleasant to be around, it was lovely shopping around with him - especially with his no pressure attitude. When we found a house, negotiating was a breeze as were inspections. I really can't say enough about Brian, if you want someone you can trust and enjoy working with, he definitely checked all those boxes for us. We would gladly call on Brian to list or buy another house in the future.

Brian was very helpful in advising what improvements were worthwhile prior to listing. He did not beat around the bush so to speak and was realistic in helping us set a price for our house and pay a competitive price for our new home.
