Dealing with Brian and his team was exactly what we had heard about, and what Brian himself had discussed with us. Many realtors talk a good story to get a listing, then sit back doing nothing, relying on the MLS system to identify a buyer, and simply collect the listing portion of the sales commission. That is NOT the case with Brian and his team. Our previous realtor, who we had dealt with for close to 25 years, had our listing for nine-months, and facilitated approximately 20 showings, but FAILED to generate/negotiate a single offer! Brian Cyr listed our house on Tuesday, facilitated two-showings on Thursday, one on Friday, and negotiated an offer on Friday evening. One-week later conditions were removed, and the house SOLD. Trust the stats on Brian, and his team's reputation, and forget any loyalty you may have to any other realtor... Brian Cyr gets the job done, period.

Working with Brian was a great experience. He's very knowledgeable in many areas that were very applicable to our situation. His background in renovation made buying an older house to fix up a much less scary proposition than it could have been. He was able to point out positives and negatives in all the houses we saw, and steered us away from houses that wouldn't have suited our needs. He is very professional in his dealings, yet keeps it personal as well. My parents were in an entirely different situation financially, and he did as good of a job for them as he did for us. He does an excellent job of finding the thing closest to what you're looking for. We just had a fun time working Brian while looking for our house.

<p>Without a doubt, I would recommend Brian to anyone who is looking to sell their home, or purchase a new house. He understands the market better than most, and is relentless in his endeavors to work with you. Brian sold our home for us, and helped immensely with both staging our home, as well as giving us pointers to bring up the curb appeal. He also sold us our new home. Brian was objective, provided us with sound advice and extremely patient with us. He went as far as to getting us in some homes that were not officially on the market.</p>

We had bad experiences with other agents - Missing out on listings as we couldn't get ahold of them for a viewing. This is critical when you find a diamond in the rough. Brian is on the ball. Sent us the listing and told us to meet him there immediately to see the property as it would not last more than a day. Our home had multiple offers on it on the first day but with his direction we pulled ahead of the rest! Thanks Brian!</p>

<p>Brian was very helpful in the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new one. He even was able to work out the deal as we were on vacation on a boat in the middle of the Atlantic.</p>
