Ben was fantastic. From when I accidentally clicked on his site, to now (I'm now a homeowner!). What really made me appreciate him is that the property was had issues that Ben had to be on top of. The seller's agent told me how impressed he was with Ben's knowledge! That says something! I would recommend Ben to my friends!!!
