When Covid hit, the sale of real estate slowed down. Other agents won’t be interested to list my apartment as it was obviously difficult . Ben took it on and said it did not hurt to try. I recently sold my condo and bought a new condo. We had several meetings to make a strategy on how we can move forward smoothly selling and buying. He has high professionalism and easy working together. He explained the Vancouver market, so I agree he is #1 Realtor in this market, not only showing the advertisement. He knows market trends well and prepares huge assets transactions for selling and buying. I was very impressed with his service and taking care of the client's needs and expectations. I can't find the word for giving him my appreciation. He treats me not as a client, I feel he is my brother. Thank you Ben, My Brother !
