Trevor is an exemplary real estate agent who will happily go above and beyond for you - he sold our house in Qualicum Beach in ONE DAY for asking price in a somewhat sluggish market. This was our second time using Trevor as our agent - we bought a house with him at the start of COVID in 2020 when he went out of his way to video walk-through houses for us between Cowichan and Qualicum (even though he's based in Victoria and Mill Bay). We asked Trevor to sell that house, and he just as quickly helped us buy another home on Hornby Island within a few days so everything lined up perfectly for our possession dates being the same day. He's very thorough and makes sure you understand what is happening as it's happening (especially when it's happening so quickly). We've recommended Trevor to a few friends who have also been really happy with his real estate prowess. We had a few unexpected issues with our new home that Trevor dealt with professionally and promptly. We can't say enough good things about Trevor and will definitely get his help in the future when we decide to sell and buy again!
