This is the second time we have used Trevor when purchasing a home. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and gets things done quickly! We would definitely recommend him to our friends and family.

I had a positive experience working with Trevor as my realtor. He was knowledgeable, professional, and helped guide me through the buying process. Communication was good. Overall, I felt supported and confident in his expertise. I would recommend him to others.

We rate Trevor and Ayden a 7 out of 5. Because these guys live in our area they were easily able to describe the homes location and surrounding features. Trevor guided us through our sale right from the get go. He explained in depth all that we needed to know. Trevor was always working in a professional manner as we completed the sale of this home. Trevor was always punctual with our showing, open house and meetings with us. We would recommend Trevor and his team to anyone who asks and we will definitely be using him when we go to sell our personal home. We did have the worlds worst tenant in our home making the sale more of a challenge than anyone saw coming. Trevor went out of his way to deal in a professional manner with them at all times. This was not always an easy task. All in all we were very pleased with the price we received from the sale, thanks to Trevor!

Trevor went above and beyond for us. We had a interesting situation As we lived in a different province and had renters in our home. Our renters were very difficult once we put the house up for sale and tried everything for the home not to sell (between being difficult for showings, leaving home and yard a mess, being at the home, etc) We were worried Trevor would have enough and walk away. However he worked through it all super positive and helped us every step of the way it was super stressful for us all. I will be forever grateful for Trevor for helping us through all that and that he never gave up. Trevor can handle any job after this one. Thank you for everything Trevor and if we ever decide to move back you will be our guy and we always will be recommending you
