Trevor recently assisted us in the sale of our townhouse which he helped us purchase back in spring of 2021. We hoped to sell quickly so he coordinated professional photography, floor plans, and drone work and provided an in depth pricing analysis within days which allowed us to list the property within a week. Trevor and his partner coordinated open houses every weekend, posted custom social media coverage of the property, and helped us work the showing requests into our busy schedules (2 dogs and a then 10 month old). We had an accepted offer in just over a month and were able to finalize our new purchase shortly after. This was our first time selling a property and Trevor was there for us every step of the way.
