Trevor went above and beyond for us. We had a interesting situation As we lived in a different province and had renters in our home. Our renters were very difficult once we put the house up for sale and tried everything for the home not to sell (between being difficult for showings, leaving home and yard a mess, being at the home, etc) We were worried Trevor would have enough and walk away. However he worked through it all super positive and helped us every step of the way it was super stressful for us all. I will be forever grateful for Trevor for helping us through all that and that he never gave up. Trevor can handle any job after this one. Thank you for everything Trevor and if we ever decide to move back you will be our guy and we always will be recommending you

Trevor is an exemplary real estate agent who will happily go above and beyond for you - he sold our house in Qualicum Beach in ONE DAY for asking price in a somewhat sluggish market. This was our second time using Trevor as our agent - we bought a house with him at the start of COVID in 2020 when he went out of his way to video walk-through houses for us between Cowichan and Qualicum (even though he's based in Victoria and Mill Bay). We asked Trevor to sell that house, and he just as quickly helped us buy another home on Hornby Island within a few days so everything lined up perfectly for our possession dates being the same day. He's very thorough and makes sure you understand what is happening as it's happening (especially when it's happening so quickly). We've recommended Trevor to a few friends who have also been really happy with his real estate prowess. We had a few unexpected issues with our new home that Trevor dealt with professionally and promptly.
