Tim was very helpful with the purchase of our first home. He was always available and extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and gave us a lot more confidence. When we were hesitating about placing an offer, he managed to schedule a second viewing for us during a busy day for him in between clients. That second viewing allowed us to make a decision and we really appreciated his availability and prompt response. When negotiating the price, Tim was also of immense help as he managed to negotiate for us in a difficult market. This showcases his knowledge and experience of the value of the house and the neighborhood.
