Tim has been fantastic to work with throughout the process. He was very straightforward and honest about the houses we saw and did a great communicating with us. He was always available to chat and see houses. When it came time for negotiation on our home he was able to help us get it under asking in a hot market. I would recommend him for anyone.

Tim was very helpful with the purchase of our first home. He was always available and extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and gave us a lot more confidence. When we were hesitating about placing an offer, he managed to schedule a second viewing for us during a busy day for him in between clients. That second viewing allowed us to make a decision and we really appreciated his availability and prompt response. When negotiating the price, Tim was also of immense help as he managed to negotiate for us in a difficult market. This showcases his knowledge and experience of the value of the house and the neighborhood.
