I found Tim to be a knowledgeable realtor for the area of the city I was selling in. On our initial appointment, he provided information on other transactions within the condo building and comparatives within the neighbourhood. We discussed prices and what was proposed, I felt was lo for the condo. We discussed the price and agreed upon a number that was satisfactory to both of us. Fortunately, the first couple that looked at the condo, gave an offer. Tim was great to go over the next steps of the proposed sale and provide me with the information that I needed to provide the seller. He was available for my questions and when the buyers had questions, he was very quick to call me so that I could provide information. Tim was able to assist me with the completion of the sale by providing me the name of a lawyer. I was very satisfied with our working relationship.
