Shalon was great with us, especially as she was dealing with co-executors on a parents estate. She did very well navigating our wants, needs and the emotional side of things as well with care, compassion and unlimited understanding as we expressed our needs and wants to her. She was always available at a moments notice to give support, feedback, or help me decide which pictures to buy to help do some soft-staging of the property. 😁 Shalon was always super professional and let us help guide her in how we would like the property described. She also gave excellent suggestions on minor changes that could be made to the property that would ultimately help it “show” better to prospective buyers. We appreciated the hands on support and the fact that she really listened to our wants and needs and accommodated us. It took longer to sell than we expected however I think the timing just didn’t work out quite right, not her fault. And we did some work to make it show better and then started getting better reviews which eventually helped sell it at a reasonable amount. I would recommend her !

We had tried to sell our home in Wild Rose Nay for almost a year with another agent , and Shalon worked her magic and had the deal done before we could even sign a listing agreement. Less that 10 days. I realize that other factors come into play with clients and so on but Shalon and Gord are an amazing team , courteous, efficient , honest and both have high integrity in business! Highly recommend both !
