Having Shalon Clarke and Gord Querin, work with us in finding our family home in the Blind Bay Area was the most positive experience we have had. We could not have has a better team working on our behalf! Marketing creativity, area knowledge, market knowledge, excellent communication and guidance. We were always made to feel that our questions were important and validated by the prompt and informative responses. Value ads were the staging service upon listing, the video that accompanied the listing photos, the excellent photography including drone pictures, and the property cleaning upon leaving. Would not recommend. Lied repeatedly to us, was a complete no show twice. When confronted with the no show she continued to lie and gaslight. We provided a list of things that were important to us - they got a copy. They promised to include them. They got the listing based on that. Straight up refused to include these items once the listing was live. Concrete Septic, Hardy board siding - pretty important in a fire prone area. She said it was impossible to include these on the listing. Another lie. Did one open house. Refused to do anymore, even tho they were hosting open houses way further down the road but ours was 'too far out'. Bullied and intimidated over price (she set the price) and told if we didn't drop the price by more than 150,000 that no one was going to even look at our home in the next 6 months. Horrible realtor experience. I have sold several homes and this is the worst experience I have ever had. It was an absolute disaster. We honestly felt she was working for the other side of the transaction. The only positive I can say is that her photographer Jessie is amazing. That is not enough to recommend. Sadly this was a terrible experience for us. If I could give 0 stars I certainly would.
