Shalon was a great agent to work with! I particularly appreciated her very timely responses to my many questions by text, email or phone. She was available weekdays, evening and weekends. The photos and video of the property turned out amazing!

2023 started off on shaky ground with mortgage rate hikes, a housing market that speculators were certain would burst, and trying times for Canadians across the board. During this uncertainty we decided to sell our home. We did extensive research in finding the perfect real estate agent. Not only was Shalon patient in our quest, but answered all of our questions methodically. She did all of this and more, and with her attention to every small detail, she went beyond her call of duty and brought us back to stable ground when we couldn’t see the light of day. Shalon = professional no pressure will take you to look at as many houses as you want even if she already knows you won’t like it fabulous agent. Also a great negotiator when selling or buying - we would not use anyone else for our real estate transactions!
